A musician takes musical theory from their perspective and what there instrument is. I know Moz fancies changing intervals alot in concert. Marr as well. It seems alot like the words Still Ill are ascending from a possible flat seven to root. This is all speculation though. Really it seems in this performance it was a melodramatic to say the least in the note choices.
