I haven't seen this Doctor in a while, I forgot how even those little iamless grins and tugs on his ear, that FANTASTIC hair, makes me want to nibble him all over and... yeah... too much said already. :D I'm sure I'm not the only one with an oral fixation, however.

The 10th and the 4th are pretty much in a deadlocked tie for my favorite, followed by the 1st (every time I forget how much fun the 1st doctor is I watch the "Gentle Art of Fisticuffs" part of "The Romans") and a bit of a mashup of others until finally the 11th, probably my least favorite so far but still an enjoyable watch.

You haven't even seen him in a single episode yet. Give the kid a chance. Not since Peter Davidson took over for Tom Baker have we had such a popular actor as the Doctor leave. Eccelston wasn't the Doctor long enough for us to be that upset with his departure.

True that, Eccleston was, as much as I hate to overuse this word, fantastic. He is my favourite right now, even more so than Tennant, just because of his character and the changes it went through in the 2005 series. Really a meaningful era.

Yeah - I heard they wanted an older doctor at first. As much as I loved Tennant and Eccelston's doctors I'm looking forward to the change - its always like this in Doctor Who: new doctors, new wonderful personalities, that's what I love about the show (oh and the amazing imagination of the writers and the whole Doctor - Companion thing and the lonely hero thing and the brilliant use of words... list goes on and on :D)...
