@TheWiseRat22 download the trial version of after effects form the website, use a serial code by searching on google, there plenty of them out there, usually the first one works for little while, after you get into the actual program, immediatly go to advanced firewall settings and block all incoming/outgoing internet connections to after effects so it can't verify if the serial code is valid, grats, you just got yourself about a thousand dollar software for free

You can do something similar from tutorials at VideoCopilot - go look up "green smoke" tutorial and adapt. No need to spend thousands of dollars, but you probably do need to get the smoke elements, but still not thousands of dollars.

Cheap for students (500 bucks for the production suite which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Flash, SoundBooth, and a few other programs), more expensive for non-students/businesses (on the order of several thousand bucks).

No sadly Nothing like this could be done on vegas the text animation would never look this good i use song vegas for editing (cuting videos in and some colour effects on footage) but yeah vegas is very limited
