Завтра шестое мая. I think the following sentence is correct.Should be add the verb"будет".
Because the sentence is future tense.

"Завтра шестое мая." This is correct with the translation "Tomorrow is the 6th." If it were "Tomorrow will be the 6th" then 'будет'' would be needed.
