It's one of the greatest epic stories I've ever had the privilege of seeing and understanding. That start makes no sense. It's pretty damn obvious there is stuff up there, the Covenant. Those kid's would know about them as Earth was at war with them.
If you had any knowledge of the story line at all you would know that since this was a halo 3 trailer it would not feature Elites as enemies becuase the Brutes and Prophets betrayed them. They are Brutes, plain and simple. Elites wouldn't use Gravity hammers they would use energy swords or their hands before picking such a weapon up.

Well, it's not that hugely expensive in all reality, you could build a computer that could run Crysis for like $800 or perhaps even cheaper, my friend managed to do it for something around $500 but I think he had some parts already.

Who knows, maybe they are doing that. Could explain why the shield suddenly appeared. Would also make overshield users more obvious too.

And i will say I am christian, because I really am and i know what ground im standing on.
The battles that were fought took place only in the first testament, but when Jesus came down in person there were no battles at all :)

Well, it's not that hugely expensive in all reality, you could build a computer that could run Crysis for like $800 or perhaps even cheaper, my friend managed to do it for something around $500 but I think he had some parts already.

no i can disagree there, im very good at Halo 3(rarely play it though)and i just got bored of it, and plus call of duty beats the living hell outta halo by far, they even have the statistics to prove it, call of duty has been the favored game over halo in live so i mean theres no purpose of even playing that gay game anymore, but ill agree if ur lower than at least 40 u suck, but it's low cuz bungie is being a lil bitch and not letting me get past 40 so theres another reason i quit.

hey to all people who like COD4 better than halo3 it is nice to know you like repetative battles that you can easily play in older games but to make fun of halo3 is dumb it is a good game and besides they weren't working on multiplayer engines to begin with they wanted to test the 360's graphics so you could have a game that looked real like COD4.

That new shield would definately make a sweet overshield. I think thats what the spartans ability should be. A flashlight was soooo gay compaired to cloaking, especially since it doesn't light much anyways.
Who knows, maybe they are doing that. Could explain why the shield suddenly appeared. Would also make overshield users more obvious too.
