I'm another fan who thought Jessie and Woody should have been together in Toy Story 2, but when I saw Toy Story 3, I just thought that Jessie and Buzz - although such a strange pairing - just are SO cute together and just seem so right for each other. Their Spanish dance in the end is one of the greatest Pixar sequences ever.

Jessie-Woody work as relatives, but yes, as a pair, they would have been great too. I hope Woody eventually gets a girl, someone better than Bo Peep.
