The song itself, the tune is good. I like listening to it, one of two or three songs of Bubbi I can listen too. But not because of the message, concerning the message I'd tell Bubbi to "stop smoking weed". It's mostly a message of ignorance.

its a good song, but do you understand anything of the song? I do, and it´s very religious.

Religious in the sense that it is a criticism on the behaviour of the Church in Jesus name.

"Það fossar blóð í frelsarans slóð, en faðir það er vel meint"

would translate roughly to:

"Blood is running in the Saviours trail, but father for good intentions."

He is criticizing how the politics and power game of the church has through the ages, abused God's name and/or Jesus, as an excuse for their behaviour.

Very good song - but also a strong message :)

@baddiblue What message? There is no messege there ;-) It could be about the crusades, when Europe was invaded many time, and then some members of the church used the followers to begin the crusades, which was a bloodshed, mainly for the crusaders themselves. Maybe he´s talking about the millions of christians who have been killed thru the centuries for not behaving according to the people in charge. Basically, your interpretation of the text is your invention, but thats ok ;-)
