more food: chicken and jalepeno embrochette boiled shrimp corn, potatos, mushrooms and artichokes cooked in boil water Mimi Flores' famous barracho beans Mom's famous potato salad more potato salad and coleslaw from Sams 5 gallons of dill pickles - Madison's "most delicious ever!!" 80 hotdogs with buns and stuff lots of beverages There was more but things got a little hazy towards the end.....

500 pounds crawfish

2 cases of chicken - some smoked, some BBQ grilled

2 cases of sausage

100+ pound whole pig - roasted

6 cajun deep fried turkeies

30 gallons of shrimp, crab, chicken, sausage & okra gumbo

There's no way seafood can be beaten, especially King prawns or crab meat. MMMmmmmmmmm fooooood. Lol
