It would be good if they could follow through to Edward, then Mary but I'm not sure if people would watch in the same numbers. Edward VI was a serious and quite intellectual boy who died quite horribly at 16. Some of his advisors were a bit wild though and got the chop . (Seymour) and he displeased Mary by being a keen protestant reformer.

I would like to see Edward's reign as I always thought he was interesting and neglected. However, I don't think a prudish lad would have the same appeal as a man like Henry.

Lady Jane Grey was never officaly pronounced queen and never had a coronation. in fact she didnt want to be queen, Edward put it in his will that she does and that was teh only reason she did, but she was a cousen to him when he has two sisters even though they were illigetimate by the law. So the public didnt want her in there eaither. she was called the 9 days queen. 9 days afer she was the unoffical queen, Mary came in and took over.. few years later she (jane grey)was killed.

She said something like this, and an unknown person assisted her.That was maybe a couple months at most.

Henry was good looking and athletic when he was young historicly, it was only in his later years that he became the larger figure who comes to mind.

hisory says he was "attractive" and well fit in his early carrer as King (though attractive in his time is objectionable), he didnt become fat untill later in life.. So the first two seasons might be okay with having him be so fit. I was wondering when they were going to bring in the fat suit myself.
