The other day I was talking with some people about the possibility of setting up a free medical clinic in Shanzu. From the tone of your message I assume you feel that this would be a bad idea.
I think you shouldn`t hear what he says. I was in Shanzu and i have seen that there are poor people. more than in mombasa. They need a clinic. you can really help them of this way
