I was actually friends with Corey for a short while. Last time I saw him he told me he was going out to California to shoot "The Coreys" He had just lost a lot of weight and I was optimistic about him getting his life back together. When I heard about his death on the news my heart saddened. I was really rooting for the guy. He really was a decent dude. Rest easy my friend.

What a stupid song and EMI music should be chastised heavily for promoting this.

It's like bad advertising for Corey Haim, making it look like his career is over when it wasn't.

Yeah its kinda regretable now. but in fairness in 2004 when this song came out he HAD dropped out of the public sphere rather noticeably.

Im not sure, did the Thrills's record label get in touch with corey haim's people to use his name in the context of the song?
