You probably wouldn't see them wrestle until trials if they did meet up. I haven't asked Spenser, but there's probably a good chance that he'd bump up a weight class at nationals. I'm not sure though. They could meet at nationals if he doesn't bump up. And even then, I don't know if they would actually wrestle each other if it came down to it.

I believe Spenser is 22. Will probably be 23 sometime within the next couple months or so. Spenser right now, is probably the better greco wrestler. Ryan is very well rounded, but I don't think that overall you can say one is truly better than the other. Ryan has better credentials than Spenser did when Spenser was Ryan's age. But who knows, Ryan will only get better. Probably see these two making olympic teams together in the future.

Not necessarily. Usually in greco, if they powerbomb someone it is considered a 5 point throw, and if the referee calls a five points throw it ends the period and the person who did the throw wins the period. Generally it's not a fall, but most likely a five pointer.
