I'm sorry, but I disagree with the opinion about umbreon. Unless you fully E.V. its sp. attack to the max, it is quite low (the lowest sp. attack among all eevee's evolutions) - 60 base sp. attack, if I'm not wrong. But its defences are magical, the best among eevee's evolutive chain.
