No, I'm not. When I want to boost the lead channel for soloing purposes, my favorite boosters are the RC Booster or the BB Preamp by Exotic Effects. =)

Unfortunately, you can't do that becuase this stompbox doesn't have any output/input for external switching functions. If you need that functionality, you should buy two independent pedals. I hope that helps. Regards,

Lo probe en una casa de musica y se mi hiba a la mierda el volumen del boost, pense que no era para tanto, suena bien pero es demasiado caprichoso el boost.
Es cuestión de no exagerar con el boost y, además, suele dispararse mucho más cuando se usa en canal limpio. En canal distorsionado, la diferencia de volumen es mínima.
Por ahora, estoy usando el stereo chorus de MXR (M-134) que lo pienso reemplazar por el Empress Chorus de Red Witch. Mi ampli es un cabezal Mesa/Boogie Mark IV (actualmente discontinuado) y tengo varias guitarras. Mi favorita y con la que suelo grabar todos los videos es una Ernie Ball / MusicMan John Petrucci Ball Family Reserve de 7 cuerdas (color: Bahama Blue Burst). Saludos.
does this pedal worked well with solid state amps? I heard reviews that it does not work well...

I'd rather use an old school fuzz for Nirnana type of sounds, but this pedal can do this trick as well. =)

Can you switch the boost on/off and the overdrive on/off with a MIDI switcher (like a Ground Control Pro or Rocktron All Access)?
