The question is why NOT religion? what is it about religion that it cannot be a part of humour? I find is both sad and amazing that no one really has any sense of God's presence and yet people kill in His name, rape in His name, refuse to follow civil rules in His name but hey, you cannot have humour in His name! if he exists, does he really want all of us to be always serious and uptight?

I am a devout Christian, but i always encourage the stereotype Christian humor. For e.g, there is a UK Sitcom called "The Vicar of Dibley", its a satirical comedy on the Anglican Church in UK, and also women priests. What an amazing comedy it is! I wish more people were this relaxed and looked beyond their beliefs. God Bless

here in America v have cartoons making fun of jesus and jews and what not People of Sikh religion are called Hajis....so if everyone is offending everyone and people start taking it seriously to show how strong there faith is and forget about humor involved ,I guess than there will be lot of law suits and killings etc...there goes freedom of expression and speech..
