Those who say drink it water obviously have no concept of how the body works. A human could not drink that amount of water, that fast and survive. Even if he tried, his body would be trying to breath simultaniously, so the epiglotis in the throat would be uncoordinated, and alot of the water would end up in his lungs, drowning him anyway. Also If the human body consumes too much water hyponatremia kicks in and the cells of the body will burst, causing seizures, a coma and death. Case closed.

Since his head is locked in position about a quarter of the way in the box he would have to drink the majority of that 38 Litres. The body can only process 15 litres of water A DAY. You'd A) Flat out drown trying to drink 38 Litres in one go, B) Spew your guts up after about 5 litres in, or C) Die shortly afterwards of kidney failure.
