THe woman of Rev 12 is indeed a spiritual church. Jer 6:2, II Cor 11:2. It is the bride of Jesus (future) Rev 19:9. Including both Jew and Gentile. The moon under the feet represents the old covenant to the Jews, and the clothing of the sun represents the new covenant to Jew and Gentile. The 12 crowns represent both the 12 tribes and the 12 Desciples. The grafting of the gentiles into the olive tree. Rom 11:24. So the woman in Rev 17 therefore represents an apostate church.

Look at these scriptures to see examples from the bible of times when God revealed this about some people, but the devil does it all the time: Job 1:6-11, Zechariah 3:1-2. Rev 12 shows a future time when Satan will be banned from Heaven but Satan will gain greater authority over earth

But there are places, and I know many Christians will want to choke me for saying this, but it's clear in the bible that there are places where "Jew" or Israel refers to the spiritual one, not the natural one, that is it refers to the followers of God, which is the church, made up of all peoples. @asas2jh Hi. I think you are thinking of the woman in chapter 17 that rides the beast and has a title saying Babylon the Great. That one is often interpreted to be the catholic church. I would like to correct 1siddall in that She does not give birth to people who convert to Jesus. Those 144000 are already His and have been His for awhile. She gives birth to the manchild which is a new creation called the Sons of God Rom 8 who are already Christians. A lot of Christians and even prophets these days, as anointed and wonderful as they are, are receiving some of their dreams, visions etc from demons that seem to be prophecies or revelations from God and are very similar to real visions, often having a good message, but with some almost harmless hidden agenda. You stated she cannot be Israel because Revelation is future-however the passage also describes Satan and 1/3 of the angels being cast from heaven which is also a past event. @carriebrk The casting down of Satan in Revelation is also future. Because the bible lets us know that Satan presently has access to heaven to go before God to accuse the saints . This woman's link to Israel is in the apostolic foundation (Old Testament covenant/patriarchs roots). Also she is a type or repeat of "Israel" that occurs during the tribulation: a separated sanctified people that give birth to the promise of the Messiah (salvation) continued. @okebaram - Why would you say it is a mystery rather than just saying it represents Isreal? It isn't until the war breaks out in heaven Rev 12:9 that the dragon is cast to the earth. @carriebrk there are many clear references to Israel in Revelation. Can you show me a verse that says this woman is Israel. Not an interpretation based on clues... (remember the idea is that she is plainly identified in the bible not shrouded in mystery), but a scripture that calls her Israel? If you can't, then don't imply that any other interpretation is not based on the bible. Actually, the bible does not say who she is. Your hypothesis is good, it is not indispensable. People sometimes leave comments to warn me of God's wrath, or imply that I am leading people astray or I am a false prophet etc, just because they don't agree with something in these simple videos. I believe that we should not condemn or deem others false prophets based on disagreement with theological issues where theology = interpretations of non-fundamental, not-black-and-white portions of the bible that need interpretation. Such things are not fundamental, and yet require attention as they lead to salvation, the schism will happen because of the importance of such lines in the bible. Can you really simply say "I am saved because I am born again in Jesus Christ" and then not pay attention to the specific things he said in order to be saved? and simply opt out to ignore them? I think the schisms are valid, and you?

Real theological disagreements must have a good reason, they're not just there by coincidence, important teachings. You have no Biblical cross reference for your assertions. There are 4 women in Revelation, the apostate religion is the harlot, the church is the bride, Jezebel is paganism, and this woman is Israel. From my Teachers and studies, I have discovered there is ONE Interpretation of the Scriptures but MANY Applications of the Same Scriptures, to many Situations.

I Understood this "Man Child,"could be the Body of Christ when I read, In Rev 12:5This Man Child was,"to Rule All Nations with a Rod of Iron!"
I remembered I had read something about a Promise to the Over comers in
Rev 2:26-27 "And he that Overcomes and Does my Works unto the End, to him will I give Power over the Nations: And he shall Rule them with a Rod of Iron;as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers:EVEN as I Received of My Father."
Additionally, I perceive the Catching Away of the Body of Christ in Rev12:5, because of the definitions of the Greek words!
The word "Child,"means a SON, used to Describe those who are Born Again (Luke 20:36) and Sons and Daughters who Resemble God in Life and Character!

Revelation 12: Apocalypse, The preface of Revelation states, that it was given to Jesus, to his Angel to John on Patmos, AND was SIGNified. That means, it is basically Symbolism, Like the Parables that Jesus used to convey his Gospel message. Rev 12 is mostly SYMBOLIC and conveys a LITERAL History of the time period. A woman, clothed with the SUN is symbolic, Moon under her feet, SYMBOLIC. This chapter is parallel to DANIELS image, the legs of Iron are Roman.

THe woman of Rev 12 is indeed a spiritual church. Jer 6:2, II Cor 11:2. It is the bride of Jesus (future) Rev 19:9. Including both Jew and Gentile. The moon under the feet represents the old covenant to the Jews, and the clothing of the sun represents the new covenant to Jew and Gentile. The 12 crowns represent both the 12 tribes and the 12 Desciples. The grafting of the gentiles into the olive tree. Rom 11:24. So the woman in Rev 17 therefore represents an apostate church.

@brandthman85 reason why it is a future event is: Although Satan was cast out (lost his position in heaven), Satan still goes to heaven for the purpose of accusing the saints, like he did with Job. Look at these scriptures to see examples from the bible of times when God revealed this about some people, but the devil does it all the time: Job 1:6-11, Zechariah 3:1-2. Rev 12 shows a future time when Satan will be banned from Heaven but Satan will gain greater authority over earth

But there are places, and I know many Christians will want to choke me for saying this, but it's clear in the bible that there are places where "Jew" or Israel refers to the spiritual one, not the natural one, that is it refers to the followers of God, which is the church, made up of all peoples. @asas2jh Hi. I think you are thinking of the woman in chapter 17 that rides the beast and has a title saying Babylon the Great. That one is often interpreted to be the catholic church. However, I have a video on that too, explaining who/what God showed me she is, just as I explain in this video what God showed me the Revelation 12 woman is. The woman of Rev 12 in this video is a good one and the one on the beast is a very bad one :)

I would like to correct 1siddall in that She does not give birth to people who convert to Jesus. Those 144000 are already His and have been His for awhile. She gives birth to the manchild which is a new creation called the Sons of God Rom 8 who are already Christians. They come to rule and establish God's kingdom and to gather together those in Christ to shelter them. There is no rapture of the righteous.

The Jewish remnant are the 7,000 OT Jews whom God has reserved for Himself 1Kings 19:18 & Romans 11:4 whom will be saved by grace, and says are still to this day. This will be the HOLY nation born in one day. Rev. was given to John by Christ of things TO COME. A lot of Christians and even prophets these days, as anointed and wonderful as they are, are receiving some of their dreams, visions etc from demons that seem to be prophecies or revelations from God and are very similar to real visions, often having a good message, but with some almost harmless hidden agenda. You stated she cannot be Israel because Revelation is future-however the passage also describes Satan and 1/3 of the angels being cast from heaven which is also a past event. The woman as Israel has many cross references to other prophetic passages, yours has none. We are to test all teaching against Scripture.

This woman's link to Israel is in the apostolic foundation (Old Testament covenant/patriarchs roots). Also she is a type or repeat of "Israel" that occurs during the tribulation: a separated sanctified people that give birth to the promise of the Messiah (salvation) continued. The resemblance to Israel is a mystery...

That is the future event. He was cast from heaven and is described the same way in Is, Ezek, and Job. Saying it's a "mystery" is convenient. This is nonsense.

@carriebrk there are many clear references to Israel in Revelation. Can you show me a verse that says this woman is Israel. Not an interpretation based on clues... (remember the idea is that she is plainly identified in the bible not shrouded in mystery), but a scripture that calls her Israel? If you can't, then don't imply that any other interpretation is not based on the bible. Actually, the bible does not say who she is. Your hypothesis is good, it is not indispensable. People sometimes leave comments to warn me of God's wrath, or imply that I am leading people astray or I am a false prophet etc, just because they don't agree with something in these simple videos. I believe that we should not condemn or deem others false prophets based on disagreement with theological issues where theology = interpretations of non-fundamental, not-black-and-white portions of the bible that need interpretation. Rom 14:3-13 & 1 Cor 13:9-10 shed light on this.

@okebaram So what about things that are specified by Jesus that are critical to attain salvation? Such things are not fundamental, and yet require attention as they lead to salvation, the schism will happen because of the importance of such lines in the bible. Can you really simply say "I am saved because I am born again in Jesus Christ" and then not pay attention to the specific things he said in order to be saved? and simply opt out to ignore them? I think the schisms are valid, and you?

@okebaram Brother, I understand you, but I think it is very important to pay close attention to the word of God, and there are many interpretations, but there must be one that's true, as there is only one truth. Real theological disagreements must have a good reason, they're not just there by coincidence, important teachings. I think what you're doing is great, I see you truly believe what you say, but we must pay attention, the word of God is there for a reason and there's only one path.

You have no Biblical cross reference for your assertions. There are 4 women in Revelation, the apostate religion is the harlot, the church is the bride, Jezebel is paganism, and this woman is Israel. The 3 1/2 yrs can be cross referenced with Daniel's prophesy. The dragon is later described to be Satan-the 1/3 stars he brought with him are the fallen angels Is 14:12, Ezek 28:11.

But Greek was a popular language too bcos Greece had been a world power before Rome (these empires colonized other nations & passed on their chosen language). But people often knew how to speak both the central language (Aramaic) and their own native dialect from their own area like if they were with family. And accents were also different. King James was a Christian king (in England) who asked scholars to translate the bible to English without changing what it says. The Old Testament was translated from Hebrew and the New Testament from Greek. 2) Satan is a real spirit being. Cain was Adam's real son, just like Abel (read the book of Genesis). I am not so sure I even see satan as a being, but more as a symbol of humanity's rebellion towards God. The children of satan is all those who are still in rebellion against God. Oke, Thank you for sharing your Insights and the revelations you received while studying the Word of Yahweh! Since Jesus Promised Everyone of Us that He would Send the Gift of the Spirit of Truth to each of Us who Obey and Do His Commandments I try not to Judge to quickly the Revelations that come from those who I perceive have the Holy Spirit Living inside of them...I have learned over the years that the Spirit of Truth has each of Us Apply the Truth of the Word to our particular situations?

From my Teachers and studies, I have discovered there is ONE Interpretation of the Scriptures but MANY Applications of the Same Scriptures, to many Situations.
Personally, I try to Compare Scriptures with Scriptures, Especially from the Old Testament when Interpreting Symbols, Metaphors, etc; from the New Testament.
Some interpretations of the Symbols, etc are Discovered in the meaning and definitions of Specific Words in the Text we are studying.

I Understood this "Man Child,"could be the Body of Christ when I read, In Rev 12:5This Man Child was,"to Rule All Nations with a Rod of Iron!"
I remembered I had read something about a Promise to the Over comers in
Rev 2:26-27 "And he that Overcomes and Does my Works unto the End, to him will I give Power over the Nations: And he shall Rule them with a Rod of Iron;as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers:EVEN as I Received of My Father."

Additionally, I perceive the Catching Away of the Body of Christ in Rev12:5, because of the definitions of the Greek words!
The word "Child,"means a SON, used to Describe those who are Born Again (Luke 20:36) and Sons and Daughters who Resemble God in Life and Character!
All of these concepts relate to Members of the Body of Christ?

The END does not Begin to happen UNTIL AFTER, Rev 10:7, But in the days of the voice of the SEVENTH ANGEL, when he shall BEGIN to sound, the MYSTERY OF GOD SHOULD BE FINISHED, as He has declared to his SERVANTS the PROPHETS.
What does this Mean? The MYSTERY ( Everything Hidden) of God Will Be FULFILLED by the time the 7th Trumpet Sounds?
Does this mean the 7 Vial Judgments happen at the same time as the 7 Trumpet Judgments?

These are not absolute revelations. I practice submitting my revelations from Scripture and Word Studies to my Pastor, other Elders in the Body of Christ and my close Brothers and Sisters. I would be edified if you share your evaluations of these concepts revealed to me.
When I study the Word I pray and ask the Spirit of God to Guide me into All Truth in the Subject I am studying. As we are growing together I always consider the opinions of those who are a part of the Body of Messiah. ;-)

Revelation 12: Apocalypse, The preface of Revelation states, that it was given to Jesus, to his Angel to John on Patmos, AND was SIGNified. That means, it is basically Symbolism, Like the Parables that Jesus used to convey his Gospel message. Rev 12 is mostly SYMBOLIC and conveys a LITERAL History of the time period. A woman, clothed with the SUN is symbolic, Moon under her feet, SYMBOLIC. This chapter is parallel to DANIELS image, the legs of Iron are Roman.

Clearly, you are confusing the woman of Revelation 12 with the harlot in Revelation 17. Yes the woman is symbolic, but the chapter identifies her offspring as those who hold on to Christ's testimony, therefore she is not an evil or Antichrist entity

The woman is symbolic of a church, its called the Vatican, or catholicism, which is the Anti Christ system because it usurps God by its false doctrines, Called by many titles, Man of Sin, perdition, lawlessness. Church-goers do not put their faith or trust in the Sun or any other pagan thing to gain favour of the gods. They do not worship the Christmas tree, and the Christmas tree is not necessary to celebrate Christmas. If someone believes a Christmas tree has some mystical power, it is the value that person has placed on it. The same goes for the Bible, the cross, and all the other items adopted by Christians that have a pagan origin.

Today's calendar is the product of the RCC. They picked names from multiple empires.
AND THE RCC'S FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE GOD WAS TO ELIMINATE THE NAME OF THE FALSE GODS, AS PER OUR LORD'S SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BIBLE! (Deut 12)

Allow me to correct myself. The RCC CHOSE the names from a couple different cultures. Most of the names they chose were from the Nordic gods.
According to Deut 12, the RCC was supposed to eradicate the names of the false gods.
Yes, God never called any day "Saturday" or any name for that matter. I think the other responder was attempting to prove that Saturday was God's Sabbath today (the name not the issue).
Jesus is the Sabbath. We fullfill Sabbath by being in him.
