they are not taking over "everybodies" that is flat out wrong
People point out how terribly run the social security is. What about the armed services? As much as you can agree or disagree with war/peace, etc......no one can say that the government isn't running the armed services well. How about unemployment? There is always another side to the issue that you are missing/ignoring
The insurance companies make the money on people that are sick by denying coverage. As much as i like the critical look at the Government, where is the critique of them when they deny a cancer patient chemo when they decide they are not worth it anymore. Seems like the same fervor should be used against the corporations that insure people as much as the evil gov't. Because govt has to be there. Half of these insurance companies dont
Here's the deal: The government doesn't care about fixing or solving anything. They are basically on the "grift". In other words, they want to run all the money through the federal government so that they can take their cut and empower/enrich themselves. We get the crumbs.
Thanks Rusty! I know we need change. Government has messed up what they want to take over. Divorced for a year after 27 years and a stay at home mom. I had to purchase insurance. I am paying $200+ a month for a $5,000 deductible and hsa, up to $3,000! I have over $200 a month for scrips with HBP and many injuries to joints they say prexisting condition! Had surgery over $12,000 plus a broken bone and sprained ankle. Can't wait to see what my new premiums will be. Need reform but not gov.
