Only in the 20th century did hordes of inferiors enter after reforms. And the founders kept slaves, they believed all men were equal. All European men, no one else was considered to be truly human.

You can compare the IQ results for negroes and Europeans, or the level of development of Africa and Europe to see who is greater. America is a cesspool.
