Check out the Book "On Killing" by Lt Col. Dave Grossman. It hapens to be required reading at West Point as well as every other major Military academey. No grunts read this book, only the Elite, who are in command of those who will kill. Long story short contrary to the opinion of most, men do not kill easily, even in war, and while under fire. they need to be trained to kill. "On killing" does just that, and it does it so well it is required reading.

How do we know this was a witch hunt? Because later in the report he goes on to suggest that then president Bush and Donald R. should be tried for war crimes because they must have known about it. I wonder; how does this reporter feel about our actions in Egypt and Libya this year under the direction of President Obama?
