There are vacancies in the commercial real estate market that have been piling up like mad since last October.

The prices will start going down when the vacancies are not filled, and owners are forced to take whatever rents they can to fill thier buildings.

Give it some time;

ONCE INTEREST RATES GO UP; It will be a nuclear bomb. That whole market is going to collapse within 6 months. (lose 50% of its value, easily)

At least that when I used to be a child when growing up on a farm learned to dig tunnels in sand and clay that lasted for years. Clay works best since it is denser and clings together better than sand and could cast concrete inside as reinforcement.
