  • this song made by evanscene

  • wat happened to shayla inn the olympics?

  • @randomsmilezzz she injured herself days before the team was picked.

  • i love the usa it rocks but the chiness is dume

  • this was an awesome vid great work :)

  • " In China they don't get a choice about starting "

Leasidebaby: Do you and thousands of thousands American kids get choices about choosing their own religions or choosing no religions? You and thousands of thousands American kids are all forced by their parents to go to particular churches and to believe their parents' religions! Even worse, many of them are sexually abused by their beloved holy fathers!

  • By the time you've reached the age of ten you truly can decide for yourself on that. Just because your parents force you to go to church every week (which most dont) doesn'tmean you actually believe it

  • @LeasideBaby95 why r u so weird

  • chances are most people can handle the presure if they have gotten to the olympic medal, ymnasts who go think it's such a big deal, news flash it's not, to them it's only a big deal because chances are they only get one go at it, all the other sports people can go back two, three sometimes even four tme and medal more than 1 of the years

  • so ur saying its not a big deal to GO to the olympics to compete, let alone win a medal there? Then Id like to see u with the gold in 2012

  • I wont be old enough to go in 2012

  • Then go in 2016. and if u do manage to get the gold go around saying it wasnt a big deal, cause apperently u have no idea what it takes. You are going aroung saying it isn't a big deal going to the Olympics, while your at it say it to one of those gymnasts. So ya, stop being so stuck up and win for a change

  • I've said it to the athletes who compete in trampoline for Canada AND have medaled and both guys that have gone basically agree when it comes to that. So I think you should really know the athletes personally before you talk for them

  • Lol like you do? Im sure the really love someone coming up to them when their dream came true saying it wasnt that big of a deal. Your a real jerk aren't you?

  • One of them was my coach for 3 years and th other is someone i see at least 5 days a week when I'm training so I think they would speak their minds if they minded it. Gymnasts tend to take offensive comments way too hard compared to athletes in ANY other sport... or discipline outside of womens artistic

  • lol ya well im sure, why are you in gymnastics if you think going to the olympics isnt that big of a deal?

  • I'm not in gymnastics. I do trampolinne. They are two completely different sports even if they are run by the same international commitee

  • @LeasideBaby95 yes u will

  • great video! those are my two favourite teams! but the two i like are he kexin and nastia liukin!

  • You realize how embarrassing it must be to fall like that in front of the whole world after being the gold medal favorites? It's pretty humiliating. I'm sure many of the gymnasts who got eliminated from the trials said something like, "Wow, I thought I was bad...".

  • The pressure nonesense is not going to cut it anymore. She caused the entire team to play below their level. There is no reason to congratulate someone for messing up. That's like congratulating Tom Brady for losing the Super Bowl.

  • what is this music called ?

    i luv yang yang yang

  • instrumental version of she's my sin, floor music of Emilie Le Pennec in 2005

  • I love Fei Cheng and Yang Yilin!!!!

    They are the best!!!!

  • i really liked this!

  • The Chinese gave their passports and they're all 16 or above. What better identification do you need?!?! Americans should just learn to live with getting 2nd and not making the world think of this powerful nation as a sore loser.

  • i dont get the problem with u. u.s. certainly have suspicions, but where's the proof? u shouldn't judge them if you're biased anyway. u.s. isnt superior to china. sm ppl's dreams are to get olympics gold. To them, the training that starts aat 4 yrs old is worth it.

  • in China they don't get a choice about starting that young, coaches go to diferent cities/towns and look at a kids build and decide wether the kid could get that far.

As for people's dreams, 99% of people who decide they want to be an Olympic gymnast will have come to the reality that it's a one in a million shot by the time they're 7/8 and if they don't chances are they're already training insane hours at least fie days a week and they're parents are considering homeschooling

  • First of all, five days a week isn't even close to insane hours. Second of all, there are certain schools that specialize in gymnastics and incorporate it into gymnasts schedules, so that they still learn and can compete.

Are you making this all up about China? Chill, it's over.

  • The best strategy of Karolyi would be (before the Games) withdrawal from the competition in protest of what she firmly belief of He's underage. Now she lost, she just make excuses to cover up her incompetence as US coach. Ugly loser.

  • Lukin spent years in hard works. So does He Kexin. throwing ungrounded attack at her , American had done the meanest and worst thing to a young aspiring athlete.

  • for gymnastics being "16" is not young and aspiring you reach that age at like 13 or younger when the people who actually have the skill can get chosen to compete internationaly

  • First US gymnast lost. Then their coach behave like a sour loser. Finally, the US people(or it people) denounce the principle of 'presumed innocence until proved guilty" which is one of the pillar stones of their OWN society. In my opinion, American is heading south since their unjust wars on Afgan and Iraq.

  • Stop bugging china for that. I don't think theire under 16. And if so, if they're under 16, that only proof's that China is so good that won gold meddal's with li'l kids!

  • totally agree with u HyuugaOroShi. if its an american, she is a child prodigy. in any case, she is of age according to her legal documents.

  • jakep2007,

FOR YOUR INFORMATION, the chinese won 112 gold medals TOTAL. they are good at diving, shooting, gymnastics and ping pong. think before you INSULT, u freak. and who are u calling dicked pussies. maybe it's just u. god. americans just can't get enough of insulting asians.

  • most are narrow minded bigots because of the nature of their society and their arrogance which is instilled in them from birth. without a false belief of their superiority as european/anglo-saxon/americans/whatever they cannot survive psychologically. incapable of rational dialogue nor of attitude change - an explanation for their tendency exists. it's called "cognitive dissonance". i doubt they are ALL like this. Only MOST are because of the power of their media and the factor called FEAR

  • To end this I think all the countries should start putting their 11-12 years old which is the age of the actual gymnast form China. The funny thing is all the people who claim US is sore loser also think it was allright to lie about their ages to get in. So if everyone is okay with that let's everone cheat like china.

  • china - undisputed champions. sore losers go and start a war somewhere and get anihilated in the end

  • china is being investigated in cheating their way to gold medals. HAhaAHa! All the golds in gymanstics will be going to the rightful owners, ie Shawn and Nastia.

  • well stop using children to fight the only war you guys have balls for. (the Olympics.)

  • mmm u seem to see wars behind every door. no doubt a victim of western propaganda. we all pity you poor sods. china is not being investigated. the competitor is investigated and having provided legal proof of her age, case closed. btw.. ever heard of tom daley - how old was he in 2008?

  • asian girls have always been underdeveloped. i mean, if you compare the american girl, obviously there will be a big difference. it's just genetics.

i think america is just jealous that they lost to china, so being the sore losers they are, would throw these accusations at the poor girl.

  • Proof has been produced your sore because no body is believing their bull, they are marked for life as cheaters!!

  • you are exposing your bias against chinese people. there is no substantiated proof that this girl is under the age limit. she provided three official documents when she only needed to show her passport. case closed. go and lick your wounds

  • Australian veteran shooter Russell Mark alleged that Chinese judges, influenced by a boisterous home crowd, helped local hope Hu Binyuan win the Double Trap bronze medal.

    That would be Australia

  • that would be western sore losers. you said it.

  • enotes9 you gotta chill the fuck out. you're the only person who comments this video. and i wouldn't have commented in the first place if it wasn't for you being a huge cock smooch. western propaganda my ass, i never said my country was better then yours at any point. i know my country is fucking stupid and starts wars for all the wrong reasons. basically im saying you're being a hard ass because you're online step to any American and call us a loser and you'd be getting your ass kicked.

  • so u are saying you wish to attempt to restrict my freedom to comment? are u threatening violence if i don't comply? haha. u are going to kick my ass? haha

  • British head coach Terry Edwards added: "I thought they were very generous to the Chinese lad. You expect a slight bias but you come to the Olympic Games and you also expect a level playing field."

The British weren't the only ones unhappy.

  • Giselle Davies, an IOC spokesperson, said tonight that because of troubling new developments, the committee had instructed the International Gymnastics Federation, the sport's governing body, to investigate.

  • ChrisSeah it's not just America that's accusing China of changing these children's ages, most of the world now is! It would'nt be the first time China has done it, they changed a 14 year old girl's age to 16 back in the Sydney 200 Olympics. These little girls still have baby faces and the face ratio of 10 year olds!

  • Great video!

  • Mark, 44, the Atlanta Games gold medalist who finished fifth in the event here, told Australian media those local judges had awarded a hit to Hu even though he missed the target.

    No Chris no cheating

  • More information has come to light that did point to discrepancies," Ms Davies said. "We have asked the gymnastics federation to look into it further with the national Chinese federation. If there is a question mark, and we have a concern - which we do - we ask the governing body of any sport to look into ... as to why there is a discrepancy."

  • he Times and AP had unearthed a Web page from a city Sports Bureau from 2006 that listed 1994 as He's year of birth; a report on a November 2007 competition that listed her as 13; and a story in the country's English language newspaper, China Daily, that referred to her as 14 just three months ago.

Since then, Chinese bloggers and netizens have rushed into cyberspace to find many similar references in the Chinese media identifying He as younger than the 16 years Chinese officials claim she is.

  • On Google and Google China, references to He had been deleted from documents. Their caches had also been "scrubbed," Walker said. When he did a search using Baidu, all pages and data had also been deleted. But when he examined the Baidu caches, two official government documents were there. Two spreadsheets from the central governments General Administration of Sport in China listed He Kexin's birthday as Jan. 1, 1994 — making her 14.

  • her passport id and residence information document give her official age, not some sport administration record which cold very well have bee a forgery. it's impossible for one competitor to forge more than three official documents. unless u want us to believe that chinese people and their government cannot be trusted LOL

  • china sucks. theyre all 11 anyways...

  • Brain -> on

    before making a comment please.

  • hmmm another "interesting observation"... i m 30 and would be asked of my ID going to pubs .... Majority of Americans are interestingly ignorant unfortunately, they think the world is America .... youhooo, there are ppl living outside of America and is different from Americans :o) Maybe get a plane ticket and start traveling, then you will know what the rest of the world is like.

  • I been around the world three times CKMMan, a pub isn't an international competition maybe if you spent less time in one you might understand that.

  • CKMAN Try to edit your responses of unnecessary material before attempting to impress us with your insight. The evidence that you are completely clueless will still be available to readers.

  • Olympic gymnastics judges evidently disagree with me, as they awarded China's Cheng Fei a bronze medal yesterday even after she FELL on her vault landing.

  • China has a rich history of age falsification in Olympics competition, especially in gymnastics. At the 2000 Sydney Olympics, three years after the minimum age was raised to 16 in gymnastics, Chinese gymnast Yang Yun competed and won a bronze medal in the uneven bars (coincidentally this event is also He's specialty). Yang's passport said she was born on December 24, 1984 and turning 16 in the year of the Games,

  • This is from the New York Times.David Flumenbaum there are several of China's own who claim the same.

A Xinhua (Chinese state media) article* from November 3, 2007 stating clearly that "The Wuhan Team's 13-year-old

  • lol "rich history".

  • The International Olympic Committee has ordered an investigation into the age of Chinese gymnast He Kexin, The Times of London reports. Faced with almost insurmountable evidence which suggests that He is two years younger than the birth date listed on her Chinese passport, the IOC has launched an inquiry that could result in the stripping of He's gold medals.

  • But while the Games have been a huge success, there is a legitimate possibility that China's legacy from Beijing '08 will be that of a massive government cover-up, not the magical Opening Ceremony or the transformation of Beijing or anything else positive.

  • making her eligible. She later confessed in a television interview that she was only 14 at the time of the competition and that she and her coaches had lied about her age.

  • As in the case of Yang Yun, the existing records prior to the Olympics -- local registries, athletic records and news articles -- were all correct, whereas the documentation she showed Olympic officials to confirm her eligibility proved to be false. It is no coincidence that He Kexin's passport was issued on February 14, 2008, a mere 6 months before the Olympics.

  • Assuming the IOC is committed to a real investigation and not some dog and pony show, the revelation that the Chinese government covered up the ages of gymnasts could end up being the defining moment of these Games for the host country. Officials wanted the Olympics to be a coming out party for a new China.

  • his news comes on the heels of another Times report that details the findings of a New York computer security expert who found official Chinese documents that list He's age as 14 years and 220 days. Mike Walker used a Chinese search engine's cache feature to find He's actual date of birth on spreadsheets from a Chinese government website. The spreadsheets were taken down off the site recently and He's name had been removed.

  • i actually wouldn't put past the idea of the chinese gov having anything to do with putting younger girls on olympics team

i honestly don't know and don't care very much either.but being chinese,i know they like to be perfect at eevrything

  • Plutonius Youtube user makes the USA a joke. Way to be retarded! if you can't use your brain, don't make a comment.

  • Gee another ignorant American spurting crap the media has spoon fed the public.

You see there is this little thing called evidence that funnily enough no one has found.

Show me an official website that had these Chinese gymnasts listed as underage.

Speculation based on looks is asinine.

Heck my brother is 27 yet still gets asked for id for MA15+ movies. According to the Americans, my brother wouldn't actually be 27 though.

  • Wow... these gymnasts are amazing...

Do ur best at the games!!!

    I support u all...

  • i'm so sad that PPP wasn't on the Chinese team T^T...

  • You've forgotten Jiang Yuyuan, which is a lock for the team and a oustanding contender for the aa gold. I don't think Pang pan pan will make the team, and Li shanshan has not assured her place even if she's probably the best beam worker of the moment. Anyway, I guess the team will be: Cheng Fei, Jiang Yuyuan, He Kexin, YAng Yilin, Sui Lu and Li Shanshan. Alternates: Deng Linlin and Pang panpan. Nice montage!!!Thanks

  • Do you think Zhang Nan will make it, I mean, she is really the most experienced

  • I find it difficult, but possible, specially since Sui Lu (a beam specialist as well) seems to have blown her chances at the French open Nationals held in Toulon last week. Some say Zhang can make it because the team seems to be too young and experience could be a most, but her A scores are a little low I'm afraid. I'll be delighted cause I love her, but.... ANyway I think I'll be the consistent DEng linlin who finally get the last spot. It'll make: CHF, JYY, YY, LSS, HKX and DLL. Just guessing

  • I agree with you about Jiang Yuyuan, she's quite important in both AA and FE. And it looks Xiaosha will be added because of her excellent BB.

Somebody said CF、JYY、YYL、HKX、XS and LSS were written in the final list.

  • Yes, Xiao Sha is one of the possibilities (a little bit inconsistent lately though...) but I 'll be surprised if they've closed the team already. Sometimes they've chosen 9 members, they train with all for a month and they've subscribed the top 6 just before the competition!!! Lets see....

  • I thought Sui Lu was too young!?

  • Oficially she's age eligible (she turns 16 this year). Anyway, I deeply disagree with the age rule and even if it's cheating I'm Ok with that. NAdia Comaneci wouldn't have even come out into light, she was only 14 in Montreal!!! ANYWAY, I guess Sui Lu has blown her chances either at Moscow and Toulon with weak performances, so I guess Deng Linlin Probably will get her spot. Lets see...

  • Yeah Yang Yilin is 15, According to the national registration, but people are saying she was born Aug. 26 1993 not 1992. But the girls are still amazing

  • ...yes, but you cannot completely trust the Communists. The State can easily alter the registration. They've done it before, like with Silivas in the 80´s.

  • I don't know who you're talking about but i'll check it out =]

  • She certainly looks 12, I don't think that girl is older than 14. She didn't make the team, but maybe she'll stay another cycle, by then I think she will actually be age eligible.

  • i want on the usa team Nastia, Shawn, Chellsie & Alicia. I dont know about the other two spaces. Probably Brigdet and Samnatha.

Thats who i would like to see

but we will have to wait

  • I really want Mattie, Shawn, and Nastia

  • It would be amazing if Mattie were on the team. It would be great for her to have Olympic experience for 2012

  • I think Mattie would add a lot of style, but her start scores aren't as high on all events, but she is still AMAZING!

  • Great vid and great music! Good job!

  • good job! but wheres samy

  • Sorry couldn't include everyone, the music was very short

  • This is was cool!
