The fragility of ice at low temps has to do with the water
crystal itself. It has great strength in compression, but give
it a shock, and the ice crystal will shatter along crystal lines.
Remember Terminator2? Even if a metal is frozen, when it's
given a sudden shock, it will shatter.

The lists mentioned below are of...scientists working on secret projects, nuclear scientists. Top microbiologists...some working on producing biological weopons...others working on vacines to counter bio. weopons...and specialist working on control of virus's like AID's and flu types etc.

Theres some similar stuff on YouTube but not so comprehensive.
This is a "death list" of scientists...about 35% openly murdered....about 45% really absurd "supposed" suicides...the others "heart attacks", even thou there is no history of heart trouble....and some strokes.
It seems to me this Gun to induce heart attacks is in mass use...I'm preatty sure they have means to produce 'stokes' as well. Check it out its shocking stuff.
