  • i have this bike. mine is lowered. i love these things

  • my dad has a 1000 and got a custom grave yard paint. pretty sick.

  • @supernoobgrenade Would love to see it!!!

  • My dad had this bike i was born in 87, i remember riding around on it when i was little haha.

  • I actually just bought a 1990 CBR600F Rough condition but i got it for 700 bucks, Gonna need new plastics. but it runs well, has 21k on it.

  • @DCW09 Sweet!!! Look up race plastics for it. There is a company called airtech or something like that.... they have plastics for cheap!!!

  • @DCW09 Check out my Breaking out old school video...........Look at what a fresh coat of paint can do

  • @TheMidnightShot Beleive id rather not have to buy new Fairings but its gonna have to happen lol most of them are missing the rest are cracking in horrible places. As you said in your other reply to check out Airtech, Yeah i actually have and plan on using their parts. Whole set is gonna cost around 750.

  • @DCW09 But i will tell you, it is deffinately worth it. When I painted mine to the new look, mine were in great condition, but i did have to fix some spots. I know it's alot, but the looks you will get, and when people see the bike.....it's worth every penny.

  • Fucking BEAUTIFUL!

  • the hurricane did indeed make a 750.. the engine code is RC27.. Go look it up, very rare.. and i'm lucky to have 1 :D

  • @justanotherdafty Thanks!!!!

  • i have the 750 hurricane, awesome bike.. off road just now for winter.. still going strong.. 1989 and still capable of 150mph unrestricted :)

  • Had a 88 600 in 1990. Was Awesome. The only complaint was the tail plastics. The pop tabs broke after the first year I had it. Really miss that bike.

  • @coyotesnper Yeah, Mine are still there, but!!! I did lay it down last week. In a field that was soft luckily....broke the mounting tabs on the left where the upper and the lower meet. Not bad, nothing plastifix cant fix. But yes, the only problem I've had this year with her is the rubbers where those tabs go in......had to replace them all due to dry rotting from the previous owner. Look on my page for Bringing back old school....That's what she looks like now......I love this bike!!

  • Nice!!! Love the bike! What is the color of the wheels and decals? I am building a 1000cc with my son frame up!

  • @TheBjjrev you can get the color code from the local honda dealer. Click on my channel and look at the Breaking out old school vid. That's what she looks like now. And I used the factory white and red.

  • These bikes are sweet i have a 1988 600 and i love it!!

  • Nice bike, they did come in 750 but not for the U.S. just google hurricane 750. I have the exact same bike original condition and all.

  • Did this bike come in a 750? I saw a Raptor for sale on craigslist that said it had a cbr 750 engine? Kinda think he might mean CB750.

  • @mengle2004 no they didn't. I don't know much before 87. Honda has several engines available on the CBR's, but no 750 that I am aware of. It might be the cb one.....

  • @mengle2004 The VFR or INTERCEPTOR was a 750......Nice bikes, loved the single rear arm.....That may be the motor it has....

  • @mengle2004 Yes indeed there was a 750 Hurricane. Rare as fuck inline four with gear driven cams as i recall.

  • awesome vid, i have a black 88 cane, love it too.

  • @90ka

Keep it as original and clean as possible....another few years and the price will go up. Keep riding!!

  • Thanks!! I've loved these bikes ever since the first one I saw when I was 8. I always have looked for one, just never had the money, or couldn't find one fast enough. This time I waited and voila!!! I've got one and now it's time to put it back to looking like the day it came off the showroom floor......If I can keep from riding it!!!

  • Ah, man, That's a gem of a classic sportbike...great review and awesome overall knowledge of the history of that guy...if you ever wanna sell it, make sure you lemme know..=) Thanks for posting,

    Billy
