My experiences have been mostly good, both in Melb and Sydney, but have seen some weird behaviour from some in the past. One was a stop at a 7/11 so he could get something to eat. Added 20 mins to the ride, but at least he turned the meter off while he dined LOL. Good video mate, you'll prolly get some good responses to this :)
