When I turned 18 back in 1972 my first car was a 67 GTO. Your GTO is the shit man. I love that car in everyway . To bad Pontiac blew it when they tried to bring it back in 2006. The guy that designed that piece of shit should have been shot. They should have retroed the GTO after the 67. And if they did... I'm sure they would have sold alot more units and maybe Pontiac would still be around today. Keep her safe and in the Garage man. Shes SWEET !!!! ! ! ! !
My dad, who was in the Air Force, bought one new, and I got to wax it! Then he took it to Italy, and sold it to an air man at Aviano, AFB. He promptly wrapped it around a pole. This was one beautiful car, and this brings back the memories. They don't make them like this anymore...
beautiful car. I got a 67 with a 455 roller in it the only thing it needs is a paint job. I got crager rims on it and even in black primer it looks mean then you start it and the looks of mean disappears it just growls it...got to love the great one...go goat
also a question to all the goateers out there im looking for a stall converter i think mine is shot...lol... for a 400 turbo. Also whats the boogie on the mean green starters ive heard of them but never had one. But the stock starter ive been using is currently number 3 in 2 years. Was told that the stock ones arent exactly made for a highcompresion engine. I didnt think it was that high at 11 to 1 but hey my first classic built muscle car...lol thanks input would be helpful
