honestly i think that bill has patterns with his hairstyle but in different ways like in the very first tv appearence he had short hair then he made his short hair into spikes with side bangs then he let his hair grow a little then he turned it into a lion mane then he let his hair normaly down then he turned it into dreds which were still down then he cut them again and turned it into spikes with side bangs again but only in mohawk form and now he has his hair flat back again like he first did.
