Gee I hope by the time he made this bit of propaganda, or educational film, for the Office of the Coordinator of Inter-American Affairs Walt made back the money that nearly bankrupt the studio after he produced Fantasia. All of that WWII era propaganda, training, and educational films Disney made were partly to keep the studio solvent while helping to bolster the war effort on the home front.

I think this would actually be a good kind of propaganda film to spread around to places that have these kinds of problems. I imagine it'd be a lot more interesting than pamphlets.
