I just kept shooting him with E and I. When he does that thing where he starts rising in front of you, I used Pandora on the Crystal. When he's down I used rebellion. Took me about 15-20mins.

Omg I used to Panic so much whenever he used his shoop da whoop thing and i went to jump on a jumping pad to get away and i couldn't get my ass on the damn thing and made it out the way in the last second.

I never used Evone & Ivory in this mission, because they damaged poorly (even if they attack quick... and when the savior is down...try throwing your Rebellion Sword then shooting it w/ Cayote (try jumping then shooting, it shoots faster)...

I watched part 1 too... but I think the fastest way is to accurately point the laser of pandora in the crystals....only 1 shot it's already broken..... and I finish this mission in 5 minutes in my first playthough w/ pandora by my side... and almost all of the attacks of the Savior can be blocked by the missile or laser of pandora, and 1 more thing... the charging attack thing of the Savior can be blocked by Royal Guard..

Most of the fight is using the pistols I have a faster way that requires gunslinger level 4 if I am correct that makes this fight alot faster.

Have you played Turok for N63? I killed the T-rex with only a knife on all difficulties so I know what long, tedious and stupid is. Beating the Savior with just the guns is not impossible but just long, tedious and stupid. I did not do that though.

The only reason why I want this game is to get Gilgamesh and Yamato. That way I can have sort of a an advantage against ground enemies. Like in DMC3 Yamato as well as Beowulf. Those were really the only weapons I would use.

Devil May Cry 3 you can equip certain weapons to your liking. Gilgamesh is basically Beowulf from Devil May Cry 3. Most of the attacks are the same. I don't know why I am explaining this I thought you would have known about this already natewifi.

I think Coyote is more effective than Ebony and Ivory, a few charged shots will make him fall and then devil mode, sword master - Gilgamesh (I usually use it xD) and do some fast combos.

well...for me is kinda easy move...switch to gunsliger use pandora box..change to mode3 which is a big cannon..1 shot thesaviour is down..then go infront use dante devil mode and use swordmaster and press o for PS3 and dante will make a huge damage...do it few more times...done..sooner or later i will post it..no need use any item..

if u use sword master often i suggest u use real impact because it does quite alot of damage and u could pawn him less than 2 minutes when he is down

You're more versed with using Dante's styles than I am. During the entire fight I only switch between Sword Master, Gun Slinger, and Dark Slayer. I didn't think that Royal guard would really work here, but now that I've seen you do it I'm gonna go try now.

i dunno what is it call but its similar to dmc3,use beowolf+sword master rising dragon(back+circle) for the core, works pretty well and u get lots of style point

Yeah Royal Guard is A great style if you got the reflexes of a cat whereas I got a reflex of a Stick. But I have improved now I can block 3 of those blue orbs now. Working on a Damage free run on DMD.

watching your vid showed me something new and i tried it out when i played today. i never knew that attacking his head would do damage, I always waited for the chest piece to pop up and then i would attack. i was able to beat him without using any items.

now i unlcoked Dante Must Die and Heaven & Hell mode. i completed Heaven & Hell first so now i'll try DMD tomorrow.

I was playing it on Devil Hunter Mode and I did not have everything maxed out I had Swordmaster, Royalguard and Trickester to level 3 none in gunslinger but I have gotten better at fighting him now with royal guard.
