@godofallpenguins001 Uhm. Dude? I don't think you're going to find ANY kilts for under 30 dollars. Especially with shipping. Think of how specialized the store would need to be to even carry kilts. And how much work and dye go into each of them. Not to mention the hundreds of clan tartans to choose from. I don't know if you can even get a "non-specific" kilt pattern. Each pattern is a representation of someone's Scottish clan. No price estimate but, keep that in mind when you're looking for one.

@chief99922 u'll get a poly kilt which is more a tourist kilt for next to nothing usually about 40 GBP but a real kilt is about 500+ GBP and with shipping for a real kilt would be dear as they wear quite a bit. You can get black kilts its only tartan i can see thats "plain"
