Ultras look fun. I was getting into trail running, but injured my leg/groin back at the beginning of January on a 20k race that I didn't train enough for. The ups and down of the trails have been rough on recent go's. sticking to treadmill/road and taking the trails slow for the time being.
@lehman Yes - I tend to only record when the incline is too steep to run without elevating my heart rate. Funny enough, it's usually when I pass other runners who burned out on their uphill and are taking a rest. Rather than rest, I hike as hard as I can while doing brief updates. Some races I don't end up with much footage because I didn't have enough chances to record during the run.

Are you running most the time while not on camera?
