Do you want to learn what enlightenment really is?Tired of running endlessly into the same useless information?intuition, healing powers, it is all part of human nature.THE-HIDDEN-SPIRITdotCOM It is time to lift the veil.
We just returned from an 8 day intensive course at isha's centre and the love was palatable. It was a life-changing experience and we want more! Thank you Isha.
Sounds like, whatever your meditative/mystic experience, that you are hung up on concepts still. So now you say you are enlightened ? And why is that important to you ? Or that others can, or can not adequately explain your borrowed zen metaphors about the experience of enlightenment ? Perhaps it is nice to be understood, no matter what we attain. Best - L
Probably when you think your understanding and perception of things has 'totally changed " you should ask yourself some fundamental questions like " Am I not fooling myself?" ,Who is fooling who?......

Dear friends,
Before study and practise zen, I saw mountains as mountains, and waters as waters.
When I arrived at a more intimate knowledge, I came to the point where I saw that mountains are not mountains, and waters are not waters.
But now that I have got its very substance I am at rest. For it's just that I see mountains once again as mountains, and waters once again as waters.
Can anybody explain above statements? If cannot explained, you still not enlightened.
