energizer and force field did break the game, but then again SoE was never about difficulty, but just B-movies and bein' awesome [chain casting 10 spells at once for 9999 damage is just to good]
@Norgelt I dont know if its only in the german version but there was a skill "bug" where you would get invulnerable using a skill called "Supperschild" (Barrier), which made every boss pretty easy...
@atomofish Your right. the final boss is very weird, but the whole game especialy the soundtracks are Masterclass if you compare todays video game music.
@Peteraardz Oh hell ya man this games music is AMAZING No one in their right mind can truthfully deny it and the game is so badass weird or not it makes it unique NO GAME can ever replace the infamous Secret of Evermore its the frist video game i ever played and as soon as i played it i loved it, i was 4 haha = D
For sure! I loved this game! I must have been 8 when I got it... I took it to the final boss and had the hardest time beating him. My Dad ended up beating him for me. It was a good/bad thing. Hurt my pride, but bonded with my father.
dude... I'm 21. I totally forgot too much of it. I need to put my goals aside and just indulge in some nice fun nostalgia. For some reason the ONLY thing I remember about Aura is I THINK you get it around the time you battle that gladiator. Wow... how much these games meant to me is sad, but tragically everything I needed to know in life I learned from SNES rpg's lol.

While the final battle itself was rather lame, this song and the game's ending definitely made up for it.

This music is pure awesome, and I loved the game for it's blend of seriousness and lunacy. Also, Alchemy was fun.

Ah, yes. FF3 was my first RPG. Of course, that's going by NA SNES releases, now known as FF6. Still among my favorites, along with Secret of Mana.
