I did my research - I listened to original, than to Skreams mix, than to Louis Philippes DnB version and now High Contrast. After all those songs, I couldn't help but hate her voice! Even the original is so repetitive. One melodic theme and it goes on and f*cking on...But High Contrasts track kept me interested even though I couldn't put my finger on the beat at first. I don't say it cos I'm DnB fan - I like dubstep too. But H.C. is just that good..........Thumbs up if you feel the same :)

Dubstep generally hovers around 140 bpm... Which this song is not. Even if it supposedly uses Skream's dubstepy elements from his song, it's still all a drum and bass remix from what I can see. A lot of electro music has wobbles and womps in it too, but that doesn't make it dubstep. People should stop calling everything dubstep. Damn.

Yes, dubstep comes from DUB reggae and two-STEP garage, but there are no "characteristics of dubstep" in this song. Like I said, wobble, womps, and sub bass don't make a song automatically dubstep. The beat isn't even remotely 2-step. It's blatantly a drum and bass break beat and the tempo isn't close to 140 at all--it's 170bpm.
