What a gorgeous child, he could model. Just a suggestion if you do not mind. He looks like he might have outgrown his carseat. You just want to make sure the straps come out from above his shoulders and not below as that would be bad for his spine in an accident. you jalso want to make sure that chest clip right at arm pit level and the harness is nice and snug too. If he has already reached 40lbs and if over 4 and has outgrown that seat, you can just switch it to booster mode now

Oh I would have suggested a higher weight 5 pt harness like the sunshine kids radian or the Britax Regent! Everyone is safer in a 5 pt :)
