There is NO such thing as Western style sushi!!!!!!!!! U either know how to make sushi or you don t , you can not just create a new style of sushi and says that you know how to make sushi. Respect the tradition of the food and learn the correct way !!!!!!!

@Thailand032778 Don't be so tightly wound. Let's face it - a lot of sushi combinations available in the US aren't consumed in Japan. It's still sushi. It's still made using the same general methods. It's just using combinations of ingredients only commonly found in the US.
