it's named something like pyrochild.REQUIRED.ddl

it's in the pyrochild pack.

@PaintDotNetFreak Yeah when you get the plugins and open the Paint.NET file, there's somethin' called pyrochdid.REQUIRED.dll and it's just in the Paint.NET folder. :)
