  • master master master piece

  • That filter on the solo is so smooth and so well applied.. So good..

  • kickin' asses, just genious! First time I heard it in "Ian & Mic Disk 2" demo.

  • That solo still gives me goosebumps.

  • One of the best bits of C64 music - the main lead seems to be phrased as a guitar part - I've tried it on electric guitar and it sounds good.

  • best c64 track ever!!! martin galway my hero!! !!

  • although overrated, martin galway do have 2 or 3 good tunes, behing this one the best.

  • @BugaBean what 2-3 other tunes you mean???? You need some help? like 7 examples?

    1. Game Over

    2. Wizball

    3. Parallax

    4. Green Beret

    5. Rambo

    6. Arkanoid

    7. Yie ar kung fu series

  • 1. Game Over nice tune 2. Wizball boring weak tunes 3. Parallax long pretensious boring tune 4. Green Beret one of the poorest tunes from galway 5. Rambo nice tunes 6. Arkanoid nice 7. Yie ar kung fu series i prefer the msx version, and it's not galway original's
  • @BugaBean so who 's not overrated in your opinion?

  • @rayadhd Matthew Cannon did the best songs for the c64

  • martin galway forever!!!

  • stunning. i remember playing this as a kid and this music really is brilliant. thx for uploading.

  • The C64 version is actually the "hard mode" version of the arcade version. If you load up TC in MAME32 and set it to that mode, you will see than the level layout is the same.

  • die musik war besse,r als das spiel, yes.

  • this is a freaking awesome tune. Remember being on that screen way more than playing the game.

    Awesome post.

    Galway FTW.

  • i met martin galway when he lived in nashua new hampshire he played this on his keyboard it was pretty kick ass was right before he first did some music for origin systems

  • Althoug pretty hard, Terra Cresta was one of the mostly fair games released by Imagine Software for the C64. I always loved both the game and the soundtrack alike.

    So long,

    sys

  • One of the better arcade conversions and a wicked Galway tune too. Shame the filters were so hit 'n' miss on a 6581. My C64c never sounded anywhere near as good as this (or my bro's C64).

  • More Martin Galway godness. Wizball being equally superb. He really was the best on the C64 for music. Thank you for the video. Top stuff.

  • Hypnotic music. What a strange sound.

  • Terra Cresta = classic!

  • great soundtrack, could have sword ive heard this before

  • FUCKERS

  • Utterly haunting. I only ever loaded up this game really for the music, and lost interest in the game itself pretty quick!

  • Love this track. Love the game.

  • Terra Cresta rox!
