Both cops were fired and indicted and went to trial in 2006. One of the cops was found dead of a self inflicted gunshot wound earlier this year. The other finished trial and was exonerated on all charges.
The two guys holding Davis down were Feds and never charged with anything.
All charges against Davis were dropped in 2006.
