Historically as well the ahle sunnah wal jamaat (sufi) can prove they were in every Sunni Khalifah and Empire e.g Abbasid, Ottoman Khalifah and the Mughal Empire. Even the Mongols adopted Islam through the sufi Tariqats such as naqshbandiya and Yasaviyya. The Wahabies fought against the Khalifah and the Muslim community.

People who are opposed to it might change their minds if they are made aware of this information.
