  • Well played, I must say. Wonderful tone and quality.

  • awsome-one of my fav. interpretation of BACH partitas-i also like Henrik.S-

one thing I like about Bach is the diff. interpretations everyone has-no two are both a like!!

  • very good! the best menuets i've heard!

  • This is really a very good recording of Bach, not rushed very soothing to the ears

  • best bach I have ever heard. What a beautiful man Milstein was. If anybody says anything negative about him, they are going to get socked in the nose.

  • The bourree comes close to perfection.

BTW, is this the 50's recording or the 70's?

  • It's the 70s DG recordng, and my favorite!

  • Millstein and Glenn Gould are briiiiiiiliant at Bach.

  • Gould, Milstein, and Tortelier.

  • This is real beautiful

    His Bach is extremely beautiful

  • You mean our Bach mein freude

  • Thank you for this post! It's wonderful

  • or, for the ears, I should say

  • dessert to the ears

  • he's really an "native speaker" of Bach's language...THANK YOU!

  • Thank you.

  • WHOOO!

  • Not knowing nothing from nuthin', I watched Vengerov do Tchaik Violin Concerto. So terrific, emotional. I guess you have to be a connoisseur to prefer Milstein over, say, Menuhin, Haifetz. Anyhow, very great, Thanks

  • Thank you so much.

  • Bravo!

  • I love Milstein I really think that he is the best violinist of the world
