@bodyarmored Silent Hill always has to do with facing your inner demons and growing as human being (or regressing if you aren't strong enough). I guess you'd want to go because you'd be facing the things that most are too afraid to confront on their own without motivators. Every game, it's never the monsters that truly fuck the characters up- it's their past, and the way they respond to it all.

@Humeir24 i completely agree with you, but with one exception. In my opinion, silent hill 4 actually had that perfect silent hill presence. Sick and twisted story, mind twisting visuals, and psychotic monsters. the voice acting, repetition, and extremely easy puzzles are really he only things i didnt like about it though.
