I would advise having sensitivity on high and being very quick with your movements. Aim down the sights alot more and avoid hip fire kills. Keep yourself moving all the time but don't rush and stay on the edges of the map and if you see a tone of enemy players and a tone of your team in one place resist the urge to go join in but keep a good distance and pick people off at long range
