I really don't mean to be rude nor insulting by my question. It just seems unbelievable being given that due recognition by a foreign country to ours...but is this really true? Please answer me so that I won't have to pinch myself.

No It's not real. It would be very cool though if it was. A friend sent me this interactive film where you can upload an image in the video, so I decided to add Charice's photo to show my appreciation for making me smile when I watched her perform & for sharing her gift with us.
Hope it made Charice & anyone who watch this smile, as I did when I first watched it (with my own photo in it!) LoL =D
