There is nautical flag shown online that is red and white split. but is shown opposite to what is being flown on this pilot boat. the split red and white nautical flag has two meanings "pilot on board" it also stands for the letter "H". Or maybe your right.. Maybe they were meeting a Polish freighter??
Yeah, I was thinking it might be a nautical flag of some kind...or maybe they were meeting that Polish freighter that was bringing all that vodka to celebrate the Olympics? Haha :P
