Okay, so, make sure it's a PNG image file, and also make sure that you cut the background away in a software like Photoshop or Paint.net. Uh, make sure the bones are not flexible. Uh, make sure you have the parent bones set correctly by, I think pressing Shift+P and setting them so they move like Hand->Wrist->Arm->Chest, and uh, I can't think of anything else... I hope I help you bro.
this is wrong. because first off, its an image, you are better off drawing a model in anime studio and rigging it and 2nd u didnt reparent the bones so thats why when u moved the leg it moved another part of the body. But this vid is kinda old so i assume u are better now
do u know how to create 5 FINGERS in anime and be able to color it in??? i've tried sooo many times and it wont connect with two of the fingers. Sooooooo i'm lost?!
Actually, I'm still a little lost too, I figured this out with my friend, sorry. But progress is going pretty well keep watching, I'm getting even better with all of this.

You rigged it wrong. The bones weren't parented correctly, and the character needs to be in sections for it to work well.

yeah. was just letting you know its hard to rig an image unless it was in parts because the bones warp the image.

You rigged the arms backwards dude! Start at the shorlder blade, then arm, the forearm and end with the bone for the hand.
