hmm.. There's no need to have a lot of doctors if they don't have any skills. Doctors should be trained by consultant (surgeon or psychiatric). Put at least 3 receptionists to avoid a lot of people queuing. Put ward, fracture clinic, & pharmacy close by so that it's easy for the nurses to attend all of them. Kill 38 patients? wow. I guess if you play it on pc you'll lose this level many times. It's much more difficult on pc..

insted of hiring another handyman everytime you need something fixed you can just clikc on the machine and call one of your handy men to fix it..

I've just bought this on Amazon after having the urge to play again after so many years. The most addictive game I've played! I remember the stress of earthquakes and sickness bugs. Good times.
