The people in there, I know from Downtown...but its Gaki No Tsukai(using a brat)they often do these things that will make you laff and when you laff you'll get smacked with a pencil in the butt or a bat...styrofoam bat but it reeaaaallly hurts.
@FerreliRJ It's a "bastu" or "punishment" game, and I think it's called "Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!!" Google search that and you'll find a Wikipedia article.
