in singapore theres alot of bore pilling here..what i mean is that the operator cant open fully the lock at the top of the kelly bar..he need two times to unlock it..The first one he makes a right turn..but the kelly bar didnt bounce back to unlock position and yet he will bring it up the kelly bar..The kelly drives and rope would get damage..
