Certainly is a Brazilian Wanderer. If you were not aware of this, you were lucky you weren't tagged. They are extremely fast and have excellent vision. They are very aggressive and have been known to 'fly' up the handle of a broom and bite the person using it, in attempts to kill it. It takes only 0.0006mg. of it's venom to kill a rat. Imagine what a good 'nip' would do to you. Death is rare thx. to meds. 1 side effect is a painful erection lasting 4 or more hours. Best to kill it if in house.

Now i dont know if it actuarially bites, but most likely not, since this is just a threat display, first of it would have tried to stop moving, to see if it can camouflage itself, and be forgotten. If that fails for the spider, it would run off, and apparently, that also seemed to fail for the spider, so, it is putting on that threat display to make itself look bigger and more dangerous.
